Maintenance Supervisor – Avana Stoneridge Community

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Avana Stoneridge community. You will ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and maintenance of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, signage, parking lots and other common areas.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by team members, contractors and vendors, and implement corrective action plans as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in property maintenance.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM with on‑call duties every two to four weeks.
