Maintenance Supervisor - AV8

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the AV8 community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time position works Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, and plays a key role in maintaining a high‑quality living environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, maintenance execution and final inspection.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas and parking lots.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams to schedule projects, obtain materials and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of property maintenance supervision experience.
• Strong assistance experience preferred.
• Experience with mid‑rise properties, project management and scheduling is a plus.
