Maintenance Supervisor – Apex Marathon Village

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and protects the long‑term value of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with policies and quality specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as needed while staying within budget.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on budgeting, supply ordering, and overall maintenance planning.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability to identify the source of defects and implement effective repairs.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Attention to detail in inspecting work quality and maintaining property standards.
• Ability to manage inventory, schedule tasks, and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and Greystar’s service standards.
