Maintenance Supervisor – Apex Marathon Village

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Apex Marathon Village, along with its grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position involves both supervisory duties and hands‑on technical work.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new move‑ins by conducting pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
