Maintenance Supervisor – Albuquerque

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the technical and mechanical operations of our Albuquerque community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, completion of repairs and final inspections.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as defined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance operations in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations and code compliance.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage vendors and lead a service team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
