Maintenance Supervisor – Album Mallard Creek

About the role

The Service Supervisor leads the technical, mechanical and maintenance operations for the Album Mallard Creek community. This position ensures that all interior and exterior spaces—including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas—are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage work orders generated from resident service requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, task completion and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of community grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas and parking lots.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope and specifications, and create corrective action plans as needed.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials required for ongoing maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing maintenance operations in a residential or property‑management environment.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical or building issues and implement effective repairs.
• Experience coordinating make‑ready processes and working with vendors and contractors.
• Attention to detail in developing and enforcing cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance and high‑quality service delivery.
