Maintenance Supervisor – Abrazo Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the Abrazo community, its grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new move‑ins by completing pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Experience in residential property maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm) with rotating on‑call duties.
