About the role

We are looking for a reliable part‑time Maintenance Specialist to keep our facilities safe, functional and attractive. The role involves general upkeep, minor repairs and landscaping across indoor and outdoor areas, with a focus on quality workmanship and minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, service and minor repairs on buildings, equipment and systems.
  • Carry out semi‑skilled tasks in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and plastering.
  • Handle minor landscaping duties and support special projects as needed.
  • Inspect premises regularly, report major issues and ensure tools and equipment are safely stored.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker or similar role.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
  • Professional demeanor with good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation to the site.
