Maintenance Site Manager

About the role

Austin Industries is seeking a Maintenance Site Manager to lead the daily operations of a maintenance site serving the oil, gas, chemicals, energy, and manufactured goods sectors. The role ensures contract compliance, financial performance, safety, quality, and efficient use of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the prime contract, track internal and external reporting obligations, and support the development of an annual site strategic plan.
• Manage a site scorecard of key performance indicators, cost budgets, markup components, billing, and receivables.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews, analyze budget updates, and drive productivity improvements.
• Execute weekly maintenance schedules, supervise high‑risk jobs, and ensure proper safety equipment and PPE are used.
• Plan and schedule workforce, coordinate resources, and maintain accurate time and reporting.
• Ensure work complies with quality standards, perform inspections, and maintain documentation of non‑compliant items.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Required profile

• Knowledge of prime contract obligations and ability to ensure compliance.
• Experience managing cost budgets, financial reporting, and productivity analysis.
• Proven ability to supervise front‑line supervisors and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely execution of maintenance work.
