Maintenance Mechanic II – 3rd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II for the 3rd shift at our Tilton plant. The role supports plant operations by performing a wide range of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead maintenance projects from planning through execution, working independently or within a team.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, prints, and sketches for complex installations.
• Set up, operate, and maintain portable and stationary shop equipment.
• Construct, repair, modify, or rebuild plant equipment, jigs, fixtures, and related tools.
• Perform truck repairs, carpentry, heat treating, cutting, welding, pipe fitting, hydraulic and pneumatic work, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing required protective equipment and working in confined or elevated spaces as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) completed prior to start.
• Minimum three years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work night shifts with flexibility for overtime or call‑ins.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Tilton location.
