Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance department of Aero Alliance, ensuring high equipment availability, safety, and operational efficiency across a large industrial campus that services gas turbine engines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance engineers, setting standards for technical rigor and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with external contractors, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Champion a Safety‑First culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Build and control the annual maintenance budget, oversee spare‑parts inventory, and manage site CapEx projects from planning to execution.
• Partner with engineering to create and maintain equipment standards and develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance of shop‑floor equipment, including hydraulic stands, Danabat grinding equipment, and shank balancing equipment, and lead rapid response to unplanned failures.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience, capable of coaching engineers at different career stages.
• Strong safety mindset with a track record of maintaining OSHA compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and lead capital‑expenditure projects.
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, vendors, and contractors.
