Maintenance Lead Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Lead Technician ensures that the resort’s buildings, common areas, and pool facilities are kept in top condition. Working as a hands‑on leader, you will coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team while performing a variety of repair and upkeep tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property, identify maintenance needs, and report them to management.
• Prioritize service requests, create daily work schedules, and follow up to guarantee timely completion.
• Perform light maintenance including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and preventive upkeep.
• Maintain pool chemicals, filters, pumps, and related plumbing according to guidelines.
• Assist with seasonal duties such as moving beach chairs and umbrellas.
• Respond to after‑hours or emergency issues as directed.
• Guide and train maintenance staff on repair methods, safety, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous maintenance experience in a resort, hotel, or multi‑property environment.
• Proven ability to lead or support a maintenance crew.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
