Maintenance Instructor

About the role

FlightSafety International is seeking a Maintenance Instructor to deliver high‑quality ground and practical training to aviation professionals. The instructor will work with clients enrolled in core or specialty maintenance courses, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and achieve their learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance ground and practical training sessions for diverse client groups.
• Develop and prepare training materials aligned with FlightSafety curricula.
• Evaluate trainee progress, record results, and recommend additional training when needed.
• Maintain accurate training records for each client.
• Identify training issues early and seek assistance before execution.
• Ensure personal instructor qualifications remain current with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Knowledge of aviation maintenance safety standards and practices.
• Familiarity with FlightSafety standards and applicable aviation regulations.
• Ability to manage classroom environments and teach effectively.
• First‑level facilitation and customer service skills.
• Willingness to receive feedback and improve performance.
