Maintenance Electrical Technician

About the role

The Supply group at Anheuser‑Busch powers the brewing, packaging and shipping of iconic beer brands. As a Maintenance Electrical Technician you will keep high‑speed production lines running safely and efficiently, supporting a plant that operates 24/7 and responds to community needs during emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service 480‑volt, 3‑phase electrical machinery to minimize downtime.
• Support, troubleshoot, and improve high‑speed production and packaging equipment.
• Use SAP to document corrective and preventive maintenance, issue parts, and record inspection data.
• Prioritize and self‑schedule work around production schedules while adhering to safety and 5S standards.
• Lead individual projects and continuous‑improvement activities to meet plant goals.
• Program and maintain PLCs, computer process controls, and ensure quality standards are met.

Required profile

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (required).
• 3 years of industrial electrical/programming experience or a two‑year technical degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and team‑orientation skills.
• Knowledge of servos, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and temperature controls.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and perform mechanical tasks such as valve, bearing, chain, motor and gearbox replacement.
• Commitment to plant safety, 5S, and standard operating procedures.

• Starting wage $41.21 / hr, increasing to $44.21 / hr after the second year plus $1 / hr yearly union increase.
