Maintenance Director

About the role

The Tuscany Village Nursing Center in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the upkeep of its facilities. You will ensure that the building, equipment, and utilities meet all internal policies and regulatory standards while providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, attractive, and well‑kept environment throughout the campus.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs for major systems such as HVAC, ice machines, plumbing, and water heaters.
• Perform repairs or coordinate replacements for equipment and physical structures as needed.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage and monitor the maintenance budget.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, including fire and life‑safety regulations.
• Supervise exterior upkeep, including landscaping and snow removal services.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of institutional maintenance experience.
• Prior experience in long‑term care or healthcare facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Life Safety Code requirements is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
