Main Line Automotive Technician

About the role

Join the BMW CPO Nashville service team as a Main Line Technician. You will work in an air‑conditioned shop environment, performing repairs and maintenance on BMW vehicles while adhering to dealer and factory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and complete repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, and document work performed.
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain required components and tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
• Supervise apprentice technicians when assigned.
• Road‑test vehicles or coordinate with test technicians to verify repairs.
• Attend factory‑sponsored training and stay current with technical bulletins.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and ensure proper handling of hazardous waste.

Required profile

• Certified BMW technician or equivalent automotive certification.
• Ability to follow safety policies and report incidents promptly.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
