Machinist – CNC Operations

About the role

Enovis is seeking an experienced Machinist to join its Austin, Texas manufacturing team. The role focuses on setting up and operating multiple CNC machines in a medical‑technology environment, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate various CNC machines according to production schedules.
• Inspect machined parts against specifications and report non‑conforming products.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Document work, follow Quality Management System procedures, and report safety incidents.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience setting up and running CNC machines.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and blueprint reading.
• Ability to read and understand G‑code and M‑code programming.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, or pull up to 50 lb and stand or sit for extended periods.
• U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship.
