Machine Operator II – 3rd Shift (Sun‑Thu)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and add value to parts according to production plans.
• Monitor output quality, discarding or re‑manufacturing faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records.
• Execute production work following ALPS standards and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to meet shift targets and safety requirements.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED with relevant manufacturing experience.
• 2‑3 years experience working with machines, equipment, jigs, fixtures and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints and manufacturing orders.
• Intermediate computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lb, climb, stand for long periods and operate equipment.

Required skills

• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
