Machine Operator – Agricultural Solutions

About the role

Join BASF’s Agricultural Solutions team in St. Joseph, MO as a Production Machine Operator. You will work on a 10‑hour shift, Tuesday to Friday, ensuring high‑quality packaging of agricultural components for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure top quality while packaging agricultural components into cases.
• Troubleshoot and operate automated machinery related to packaging.
• Operate aseptic filling equipment for sterile product transfers.
• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, tapers, fillers, printers and safety equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of industrial/mechanical experience.
• Familiarity with automated or robotic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality control.
• Proven critical‑thinking and process‑improvement track record.
• Forklift operator experience preferred.
