M&A Analyst - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced M&A Analyst to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. In this remote contractor position you will use your finance expertise to assess the logic, accuracy and performance of AI‑driven chatbots and guide their continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance and capital‑markets topics.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your financial analysis and modeling background.
• Challenge the models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that helps each new version of the AI become smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for correctness, relevance and overall performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level) and detail‑oriented.
• Strong background in financial analysis, financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Based in the United States and able to work independently as a contractor.
