About the role

Join Givenchy’s iconic team at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York as a Style Advisor. You will deliver personalized, high‑touch shopping experiences that embody the audacious spirit of the brand while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide omni‑channel recommendations across all sales platforms.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across all Givenchy categories.
• Deliver the brand’s unique selling ceremony with passion and enthusiasm.
• Cultivate client loyalty through personalized communication (handwritten notes, calls, emails).
• Capture client data during discovery conversations and act on NPS feedback.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, inventory control, and after‑care.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, hospitality or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and service‑oriented mindset.
• College‑level education preferred.
• Reports to the Boutique Manager.
