Luxury Markets Specialist – Hybrid (Southeast US)

About the role

The Luxury Markets Specialist will support Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury® program across the Southeast United States. Working in a hybrid model, you will help drive program engagement, create marketing assets, and provide high‑level support to independent sales associates.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and communicate the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program benefits to agents and clients.
• Produce and manage communication assets, presentations, and marketing plans for luxury listings.
• Support the Luxury Marketing Manager and assume manager duties when required.
• Collect and share top‑agent success stories and best practices.
• Provide one‑on‑one training, analysis, and assistance to independent sales associates and their teams.
• Track, record, and report project activities, marketing trends, and performance metrics.
• Document all agent interactions via the CBGL Touchpoint App on a weekly basis and prepare semi‑monthly reports.
• Field program‑related inquiries and coordinate promotional assets for events, PR, and awards.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury real‑estate marketing or a related field.
• Strong project‑management and communication abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with agents and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and resolve issues quickly.
• Willingness to step into managerial responsibilities as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the CBGL Touchpoint App.
