About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Pulmonary Disease team at its Florida Wellington facility. This full‑time, day‑shift position offers the chance to provide patient‑first care in a top‑ranked hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to patients, including medication administration.
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation in medical records.
Complete authorization forms, laboratory requisitions, and pain‑management assessments.
Follow National Patient Safety Goals, Code Blue protocol, and infection‑control practices.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
Knowledge of infection‑control practices and basic computer literacy.

Required skills

Medication administration.
Electronic medical record documentation.
