About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Family Medicine team at Doylestown Family Medicine. This full‑time position works Monday through Friday, providing patient‑first care in an ambulatory primary‑care setting.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care activities under the direction of RN, physicians, optometrists, and podiatrists.
Collect and document objective and subjective patient data, complete nursing assessments, and report findings.
Implement nursing care plans, administer medications or treatments, and monitor patient responses.
Observe patients for adverse reactions, perform routine laboratory tests, and educate patients and families.
Participate in orientation of new employees and share knowledge when assigned.

Required profile

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
One year of patient‑care experience preferred.
