About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one‑to‑one adult homecare in the Philadelphia area. You will work flexible shifts in a supportive environment that values autonomy and skill development.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and deliver personalized care.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Current valid LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Required skills
- CPR.
- Ability to follow doctors’ orders and document care accurately.
