Loss Prevention Associate II

About the role

The Loss Prevention Associate II supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and store leadership by acting as a visual deterrent and ensuring a safe shopping environment. You will be positioned at the front of the store, wearing a body‑worn camera, to help prevent loss and assist customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a professional presence at the front of the store or in assigned departments.
• Act as a visual deterrent to discourage dishonest behavior.
• Greet customers courteously and refer them to management or customer service when needed.
• Observe, document, and report suspicious activity or critical incidents to loss‑prevention or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Wear the complete company‑approved uniform, including a body‑worn camera.
• Document incidents in the AIIM Case Management system.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound decision‑making and ability to act independently.
• Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• 0‑2 years of retail or security experience.

Required skills

• Operation of a body‑worn camera.
• Use of AIIM Case Management system.
