Longevity Clinician (Remote)

About the role

Lifeforce is seeking a licensed physician or nurse practitioner to join its remote longevity medicine team. The clinician will work with health coaches to deliver personalized hormone optimization, weight‑loss, cardiometabolic, and lifestyle care to members worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret advanced diagnostic tests and translate results into actionable lifestyle recommendations.
• Provide Hormone Optimization Therapy, weight‑loss management, and peptide protocols when appropriate.
• Explain and recommend Lifeforce’s proprietary supplement offerings.
• Conduct synchronous virtual visits and manage asynchronous tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Utilize evolving tele‑medicine technologies to communicate with members and internal teams.
• Maintain empathy, prioritize member outcomes, and adhere to Lifeforce‑approved medical protocols.
• Meet defined quality and productivity standards reviewed regularly with management.

Required profile

• Licensed physician (MD/DO) or nurse practitioner (NP) with interest in functional and longevity medicine.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance efficiency with thoroughness in a remote setting.
• Commitment to continuous learning and delivering a best‑in‑class member experience.
