Logistics Sourcing Manager – Global Supply Chain

About the role

The Logistics Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies for transportation, warehousing, crating/packaging, customs brokerage and other logistics services. This role manages supplier relationships, sourcing events, commercial negotiations, contract administration, and cost‑optimization initiatives to ensure a high‑performing, resilient, and cost‑effective supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for transportation, warehousing, crating/packaging, customs brokerage and other logistics services.
• Manage supplier relationships, lead sourcing events, negotiate contracts and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate across business units and maintain industry awareness to support a resilient supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field; MBA or NAPM/APICS certification preferred.
• 5‑8 years of progressive experience in logistics sourcing, supplier management and global supply‑chain operations.
• Strong commercial negotiation, project‑management and leadership abilities, with ability to travel up to 25% internationally.

Required skills

• Coupa sourcing (or similar) optimization tool.
• Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
