Logistics Manager – Data Center Projects

About the role

The Logistics Manager supports the Senior Logistics Manager in delivering end‑to‑end logistics for data‑center construction and operations. This onsite, second‑shift role ensures materials and equipment are available on time, safety standards are met, and costs are controlled while coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, ordering, tracking and delivery of OFCI/CFCI materials and equipment.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, safety stock and asset management.
• Ensure on‑time delivery to meet project milestones and site requirements.
• Maintain vendor relationships, subcontractor purchase orders, RMAs and large rental programs.
• Coordinate site logistics with general contractors and hyperscale data‑center clients, including mobilization, laydown, material movement and vendor escorting.
• Support accounts payable activities: invoice‑to‑PO matching, credits, vendor payments and issue resolution.
• Prepare monthly reports, monitor KPIs and drive cost‑saving and margin‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead logistics‑related safety activities, weekly safety training and SOP compliance.
• Participate in weekly client and site meetings to meet logistics deadlines.
• Train client and internal teams on logistics processes, tools and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of logistics, supply chain, procurement or materials‑management experience in construction, data‑center or infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience managing OFCI/CFCI materials, warehouses and multi‑site operations.
• Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Excellent vendor management, financial coordination and reporting abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
