Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

Phillip Lim is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to manage daily logistics and warehouse operations while providing wholesale and direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) support. The role works closely with Sales, eCommerce, Warehouse, Accounting and Operations to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and maintain wholesale purchase orders, including entry, changes, cancellations, backorders, returns and shipping updates.
• Handle daily Shopify/DTC and marketplace order processing, fulfillment, returns, exchanges and replacements.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding order status and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate order allocation, fulfillment priorities and shipping requirements with the warehouse.
• Monitor shipments, resolve delivery exceptions and carrier issues.
• Support receiving, inventory transfers, cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Assist with picking, packing and shipping during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records across RLM/WMS, Shopify, JOOR and EDI platforms.
• Prepare basic operational reports and documentation, and contribute to SOPs and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, order management or eCommerce.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Knowledge of EDI and JOOR platforms (a plus).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and order management tools.
