Logistics Coordinator – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient loading, unloading, and inventory handling. The role promotes team goals, safety standards, and provides technical assistance for warehouse systems.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize information system tools to prioritize and manage loading and unloading workloads.
• Coordinate dock operations, assign dock doors, and spot trailers to maximize capacity.
• Assign loading and unloading tasks to forklift operators, noting special packaging or inventory requirements.
• Monitor intra‑plant and inter‑plant replenishment orders for timely product arrival.
• Print and verify pick lists, process order adjustments, and handle shipping paperwork.
• Provide systems technical assistance, resolving WMS exceptions, RF issues, and inventory variances.
• Assist managers with procedure documentation, new‑hire training, and performance evaluation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of logistics experience in manufacturing, industrial, military, dispatching, or related environments.
• Motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for warehouse operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) tools.
• Experience troubleshooting RF (radio‑frequency) devices and related exceptions.
• Ability to use various information system tools for workload management.
