Logistics Center Manager

About the role

The Logistics Center Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipment, requisition, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment. This role serves as the central coordinator for the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, maintaining data integrity and providing clear visibility across demand, supply, inventory, and financial commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly logistics calendar, meetings, and follow‑up cadence to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Coordinate and consolidate inputs from Sales, Program Operations, Digital Product, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Enter demand signals into the SAP order tracker and support hard allocation of supply.
• Own and maintain the single source of truth for ordering and delivery, including trackers, dashboards, and decision logs.
• Track action items and decisions, follow up with owners, and escalate risks as needed.
• Publish logistics deliverables (summaries, forecast files, action logs) with proper version control.
• Update inventory status, financial impacts, and forecast adjustments for exceptions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and onboarding materials for the SIOP process.
• Facilitate resolution of cross‑functional gaps by documenting issues and enabling communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to investigate operational issues.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple teams.
