Local Store Marketer

About the role

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Local Store Marketer to drive community engagement and increase guest loyalty at the restaurant level. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and the management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that boost sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, developing, and implementing local store marketing programs that increase guest counts, check average, and overall sales.
• Promote in‑house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, and gift cards.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and civic groups.
• Plan and execute charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader.
• Support public‑relations activities, including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicate program updates and results to the Managing Partner, management team, and staff through internal channels.
