Local CDL‑A City Delivery Driver

About the role

We are seeking reliable CDL‑A City Pickup & Delivery drivers to join our Waller, TX service center. Drivers will perform local freight deliveries and pickups, returning to the terminal each day while enjoying a home‑every‑day schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up freight at multiple city stops each day.
• Use scanning equipment to track shipments.
• Interact directly with customers and handle lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack.
• Return to the terminal daily after completing routes.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined recent driving experience.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA‑approved military transition).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift and stoop safely.

Required skills

• Operation of electric pallet jack.
• Use of handheld scanning equipment.
• Knowledge of Haz‑Mat, Doubles/Triples, or Tanker endorsements (preferred).
