Lobby Attendant – Night Shift Housekeeping

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Lobby Attendant to join our clubhouse team on a night schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and window cleaning.
• Sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure high hygiene standards.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning inventory.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and manage waste disposal.
• Keep all public areas—including lobby, hallways, and common spaces—clean and presentable.
• Clean and maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to management requests for immediate or special cleaning projects.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety procedures and stay updated on industry cleaning practices.
• Launder pool, spa, salon, and fitness linens and terry.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of housekeeping or professional cleaning experience, preferably in a high‑end residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 lb for extended periods.
