Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests arriving at Sonesta International Hotels. This role ensures a warm welcome, smooth lobby flow, and supports concierge, bell, and front‑desk operations to create a positive first impression.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon entrance and confirm reservations.
• Monitor lobby traffic and manage guest queues to minimize wait times.
• Assist with concierge services, providing information on hotel amenities, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Coordinate guest travel plans and run errands as needed.
• Perform bell services, including greeting guests, handling luggage, and arranging transportation.
• Support front‑desk duties such as registering guests, assigning rooms, maintaining room availability records, and processing payments.
• Deliver passionate, engaging service following the GUEST model (greet, use eye contact, anticipate needs, solve requests, thank, build relationships).

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
• Willingness to work across various hotel areas as needed.
