About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Loader Supervisor to lead outbound dock and dispatch operations at its Hatfield, PA service center. This full‑time position ensures smooth freight handling, driver coordination, and on‑time LTL load dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dock activities and schedule driver/freight‑handler shifts.
• Maintain safety compliance and enforce quality freight‑handling procedures.
• Oversee timely dispatch of LTL loads and resolve any operational issues.
• Collaborate with the Service Center Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven basic leadership experience, preferably in LTL or logistics environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with the local area and surrounding regions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
