Litigation Partner / Counsel

About the role

We are a full‑service law firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our senior team as a Partner or Counsel. The position offers the chance to lead high‑stakes, multi‑jurisdictional civil litigation matters while building a practice in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex civil litigation from strategy development through resolution.
• Lead fact and expert discovery, including management of scientific and technical issues.
• Develop case strategy, oversee motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Participate in or lead trial teams, examine witnesses, and coordinate with experts.
• Manage multi‑jurisdictional matters and coordinate cross‑team efforts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business.

Required profile

• Significant experience in high‑stakes civil litigation, preferably with multi‑party and multi‑jurisdictional exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex discovery and expert coordination.
• Strong client‑facing skills and a track record of business development.
• Ability to work independently and contribute strategically to firm growth.
