About the role

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a prestigious law firm’s New York office. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth case management and courtroom preparation.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain daily case files, assist with document production, and handle court filings.
  • Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials, coordinating logistics and attending trials as needed.
  • Organize case documents and conduct legal research.
  • Draft motions, subpoenas, and other filing materials for court or service on parties.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and capacity to multitask under shifting priorities.
  • Professional rapport with attorneys, staff, and external parties.
  • Excellent communication skills and strict confidentiality handling.
