Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury (Miami)

About the role
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join its growing personal injury practice in Miami, FL. The attorney will focus on motor vehicle accident cases, handling all phases of litigation from pre‑trial preparation through trial.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of motor vehicle accident cases throughout the litigation lifecycle.
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, demands, and memoranda.
- Guide clients through each stage of the case, ensuring clear communication and strong client service.
- Coordinate with expert witnesses, conduct conferences, and prepare expert reports and affidavits.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of litigation matters.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
