Litigation Associate – Complex Casualty (1-4 yrs) – Orlando

About the role

Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Orlando office. The role focuses on complex casualty litigation for Fortune 500 clients, offering early responsibility and exposure to high‑stakes cases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Manage litigation from inception through resolution under senior attorney guidance.
• Handle diverse matters including premises liability, negligent security, products liability, rideshare liability, construction defect, public entity civil rights, and commercial auto/trucking litigation.
• Perform discovery, develop case strategy, and prepare for trial.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and receive mentorship.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong judgment, organization, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work on cases involving catastrophic losses, multiple claimants, and fatalities.
• Commitment to professional growth and a long‑term career at the firm.
• Willingness to take increasing responsibility under guidance.
