Litigation Associate Attorney

About the role

Bowman and Brooke LLP is seeking an Associate or Senior Counsel to join its Automotive Warranty and Product Liability Practice Group in Minneapolis. The role offers hands‑on litigation experience in high‑stakes product liability and complex general liability matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cases day‑to‑day, including handling depositions and managing discovery.
• Engage directly with clients and coordinate with technical experts.
• Draft, argue, and negotiate motions.
• Support partners in strategic litigation planning, trial preparation, and execution.
• Collaborate across offices to deliver tailored legal solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability or comparable general liability/insurance defense.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy abilities.
• High degree of independence, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to contributing meaningfully to client success.
