Linehaul Truck Driver (CDL Class A) – Up to $125k

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Linehaul Drivers to operate van and double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations while returning home daily. The position offers up to $125,000 yearly and a home‑every‑day schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between Kansas City service centers and designated turn‑points.
• Operate equipment safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain a clean driving record and pass all required road tests.
• Complete pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and any required certifications.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record (MVR, PSP) with no serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if FMCSA transition criteria are met).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to work independently.

Required skills

• CDL Class A operation.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience (preferred).
