Line Operator 2 – Manufacturing

About the role

The Line Operator 2 works in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment, handling ingredient preparation, mixing, and equipment operation to produce high‑quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate scales, meters, mixers, dough hoist and related mixing equipment.
• Request and verify the Bill of Materials, requisition and weigh ingredients, and load them into mixers according to SOPs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, label and color‑code containers, and ensure equipment readiness for each production run.
• Record batch information, set timers and program mixers, and monitor dough consistency and temperature.
• Collaborate with the Gatekeeper to match pallet and tag quantities and support shift handovers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 6 months experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Dependable, strong work ethic, comfortable with physical labor and machinery.
• Attention to detail, safety‑minded, and able to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Required skills

• Operating mixing equipment, scales and meters.
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
