Line Cook – Fresh Seasonal Kitchen

About the role

Nan’s Kitchen is seeking an experienced line cook to join its fast‑paced, community‑focused kitchen. You will prepare a variety of scratch‑made dishes using seasonal, farm‑fresh ingredients, ensuring each plate feels like home‑cooked comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and roast vegetables, meats, and grain‑based dishes.
• Fulfill guest orders quickly and accurately during service.
• Manage tickets and communicate clearly in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑prepped workstation.
• Support kitchen operations with a focus on food safety and consistency.

Required profile

• Prior experience working in a professional kitchen (line cook or similar).
• Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Friendly, team‑oriented attitude.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification is a plus.
