About the role
Primetone is seeking a full‑time Cleaner and Porter to maintain a residential building in Philadelphia. The role ensures that common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect common areas, hallways, amenities, and bathrooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and restock supplies as needed.
- Clean interior windows in shared spaces.
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Maintain exterior and common‑area cleanliness, including trash rooms.
- Support general cleaning tasks throughout the property.
- Keep public areas orderly and presentable.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
- Reliable transportation.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light to moderate weights.
Required skills
