Light Equipment Operator – Night Shift

About the role

Worley is seeking a reliable Light Equipment Operator to work night shifts, responsible for moving materials safely and efficiently across the site. The role involves operating forklifts and other material‑handling equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to transport materials.
• Safely load, unload, and position materials and equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to meet task specifications.
• Interpret hand signals to determine placement of materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of lifting capacities for each forklift and certified equipment.
• Physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work night shifts.
