Lifestyle Coordinator – Community Events & Resident Services

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community operations to boost resident retention and satisfaction. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, this role assists with move‑ins, creates engaging programs, and helps market the community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area, ensuring comfort while they wait and assisting with tours as needed.
• Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team member, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness, and manage loading dock/elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and keep the amenities ready for tours and resident use.
• Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs in amenity spaces, tracking outcomes and assessment metrics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and concierge vendors, offering recommendations to residents.
• Monitor the Lifestyle email account, respond promptly, and create marketing awareness for events and initiatives.
