We are seeking a polished Lifestyle Assistant to support the day‑to‑day personal operations of a private principal in Los Angeles. This position offers the opportunity to work within a highly curated, luxury environment, collaborating with a small, trusted team to ensure seamless execution of personal and household initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain wardrobes across multiple residences, including purchases, returns, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate gifting strategies, source luxury products, and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare travel itineraries, arrange transportation, and handle all related logistics.
• Support personal projects, from event planning to special commissions, ensuring discretion and professionalism.
• Liaise with brands, showrooms, and service providers to secure preferred access and pricing.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities with confidentiality.
• Prior experience supporting an ultra‑high‑net‑worth individual, executive, or private household.
• Refined taste and strong organizational skills in a luxury setting.
