About the role

PwC is seeking a Life, Annuity & Group Benefits Operations Consultant at Senior Associate level to work with financial services clients, primarily in the insurance sector. You will help clients improve their service delivery by analysing operations, modelling processes and providing data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex customer service operations across life, annuity and group benefits lines.
• Develop and implement business process models to enhance service delivery.
• Use business data analytics to generate insights on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Conduct customer analysis to identify trends and improve relationship management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to redesign processes for optimal delivery.
• Apply industry trend analysis to shape strategic customer development initiatives.
• Perform market research to support customer insight and market understanding.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
